Benas
Project Manager
As a manager, I have 2 driving forces – dad’s jokes and efficiency. I"m an RPA enthusiast, The Office fanatic, and, lately, Camino Frances conqueror. Challenges & changes don’t scare me - they keep me growing. And that's what I've been doing for the last 7 years here at Cognizant - from Ops to PEx, from PEx to RPA. So far, I’ve led more RPA projects then Jim has pulled pranks on Dwight. Alright, perhaps I've exaggerated a bit...
Jokes aside - join me and I guarantee you growth and great time here at the Cognizant version of The Office!

In the market, good managers are rare. The path to becoming one demands continuous self-development. Feedback from my team confirms I’m on this journey. Deividas values constant support. Gabrielė thanks me for encouraging words and Inga values a non-bossy style. Karolina’s feedback is the cherry on top – she felt like she was on a date after a mentoring session with me! These experiences inspire me to pursue my goal: being a human first and a collaborative colleague that grows together. Grateful to my team, this journey is enjoyable.

Lech
Team manager
Being a manager is like juggling cats –challenging, occasionally hair-raising, and always leaving you wondering how you ended up in this situation in the first place. For over 8 years, I’ve been managing different teams in Digital Business Operations across several domains. It’s been a wild ride – managing deliveries, wrangling teams, and turning clients into buddies.
Those working with me say that I am solution-oriented, drama-free, and have the uncanny ability to turn office chaos into a safe & cozy place to work.

Team Lead
Like probably most people, I find it difficult to name my own qualities. So I asked my team what they think of me. I found out, that I am understanding, helpful and kind person. You can always count on me, even if I’m busy. Colleagues say: “Even with a team as big as ours, it seems like she knows everyone very well as people”. I am glad to hear such kind words, and I believe they are true. I try every day to make sure of that!
